This seems like a quality product. I can't speak to it's longevity as yet (I will update in 6 months or so), but I was impressed by what I received. The unit arrived promptly, in a smart box and was supplied with a soft case to bundle the PSU and wires into. It seems to be the exact same size as the original, but looks better and so far hasn't failed unlike the original unit from Lenovo.

It is also supplied with an adaptor for UK plugs, which is designed such that it's no bigger than a normal plug, but you could just take off the UK plug part when you go abroad and use it without a travel adaptor in some countries.................

I bought this Laptop in December last year. It's got ruined in January 36 days after I bought it.
Phoned up the support and they told me it has to be repaired at the factory because it's got a motherboard issue.
I got a quote for the repair time as 7-9 days. They picked it up the very next day and the third day they changed the status of the laptop as repair delayed for some reason. I phoned them up to figure out what is going on and I was told I have to wait 12 of march for the new motherboard!!! (more than a month)
The lady said I know this is unacceptable and forwarded my call to the complaint department although I didn't ask for it.
Have a guess the complaint department told me that I have to wait next month and they can't do anything else......................

But, it suffers from the same problem as the latest MacBook Pros. There are no buttons for the trackpad. If you want to click, you need to press hard on the trackpad.

This means that if you want to drag'n'drop using the Trackpad, you need to press down on trackpad, and keep pressing down as you move your finger, and hope that you don't run out of trackpad to keep pressing on......

I've used a smaller android tablet before, (Archos 801) and my wife has an iPad, so I think I'm in a good position to review this.

This one has several clear advantages over an iPad, they are:

* Expandable storage,it's easy to pop in a memory card.
* Very easy to add content via USB or card, no painful fighting with iTunes
* A real physical detachable keyboard
* USB connectivity - try plugging a memory stick in an iPad!

While the keyboard is no match for a proper full size keyboard, I find it a HUGE improvement over an on screen keyboard. (It also the standard android home, back and options keys). It cleverly doubles as an extended life battery too, for seriously long all-day use. I've not run out of power yet. Also I've not used my laptop since I bought this............

I was looking for my first Android based tablet and i found this and the Asus transformer prime, and after reading several reviews i got the impression this was the more well built and solid product.
First of all the feel of this table is very good. It feels light enough to hold for a long time and the build quality is faultless. The screen is also very good just the right size and the quality if fairly good, its just like watching a 720p movie; but the best thing about this table has to be the battery life, ive had it for a week and ive only charged it twice after some moderate use.

Some of the things i don't like about this table is the screen responsiveness, if you tap the screen too quickly sometimes it wont recognize your touch at all and you'll need to tap again slowly. But the worst thing is that it feels like it could have done with a little more work on it because some of the preinstalled apps tend to crash on a regular basis and every now and then it freezes while browsing..................
