Review HTC Desire S Sim Free Mobile Phone

A Big Improvement On An Already Great Phone!
I was looking to upgrade from my trusty Desire (a tough act to follow), but was concerned that this Desire S didn't appear to be all that different on paper. Now that I have decided to go with it I can tell you it is definitely a big improvement. I'm glad I didn't waste any more money on dual-core efforts. In my opinion you simply don't need them yet. I do not use my...

2.0 out of 5 stars Unstable
I deliberated over which smart phone to buy for weeks. I almost bought an original Desire, but was put off by the poorly rated battery life. I was pleased to learn that the Desire S was of a similar specification but with an improved battery life, so decided this would be the phone to get.

First impressions were very good - this being my first smart phone I was...

Xoom2
Excellent product. Wifi is first class and now use a touch pen to save touching the screen too often.
Have tehered successfully to my Samsung Galaxy Mini and that works fine too.
Motocast is great and I have access to my desk top pc files from anywhere. The office type app works very well.
Have also used Dijit and now control all my TV's and satellite boxes...

3.0 out of 5 stars Looks good but lacks in performance
Looks and feels good and is comfortable to hold for long periods of time. I just got this to check my messages and browse the internet while I was away from my computer. I watch a lot of YouTube videos and so was disappointed when this tablet couldn't play 1080p videos via the browser. Even 720p videos are laggy. When I updated to the latest Flash player (v11) it played a...

Review MOTOROLA RAZR² V8 Luxury GOLD

Oh my, this phone is so gorgeous!!
I am in love with this phone, it is absolutely beautiful, the most gorgeous stylish phone I have ever had. Its sleek gold and black lines are superbly designed and it just looks so darn classy in comparison to many of the cheap-looking plastic-y phones currently on the market. If you're familiar with the razr v8 phone you'll know how this works but it also has a few...

1.0 out of 5 stars Absolute Rubbish
I bought this phone as a Christmas present for my wife, she has had the original Razr for about 8 years and loves it, so being the kind and considerate Husband that I am (and not being able to think of anything else as a Christmas present)I decided to buy her this phone as it's not too different from her beloved original and she won't have to learn a new menu...

Fantastic Product
Seeing as there are only 3 reviews here and all the American reviews for the product over at Amazon.com seem to dislike it I thought I would share my knowledge.

This monitor to start with, is perfect. I spent hours trawling through monitor reviews and specs to find the right one and this is monitor won. First of all the size, I believe the bigger the better but...

Great screen but even after following all the instructions couldn't get the internal speakers to work.
Support from Viewsonic haven't been able to assist.

A friend recommended this monitor to me, and they are priced about right as I wanted to buy a pair of them. It is so much better to have two of these monitors to make it easier to work with the music and video editing software I use - no need to keep overlapping windows now! For the money these monitors have very clear definition with great colour and brightness, and I couldn't be more satisfied with them if I had paid ££s extra. Be aware that this monitor comes only with a VGA cable, and so if you want to use the DVI-D connection you will need to buy a cable, but as they are available for about £5 via Amazon, that is no big deal..............

Perfect for home
Its cons are:
- backlight is visible on edges! But it's only visible when the whole screen is completely black. Fortunately it's impossible to see it in gray background, or in all daily use - even if you actively try to.
- the speakers are tinny, completely useless. The built-in headphone amplifier is of low-quality, too.
- view angle isn't...

2.0 out of 5 stars Ok for the price
I bought this as secondary monitor for a bit of PS3 action while the family TV is in use. Mainly because it's in the same corner, it's also become a secondary screen for my laptop.

My purchasing criteria were:
1) Some speakers for sound through HDMI
2) Good value to size ratio
3) Headphones out a bonus

I was considering much more...

LG DM2780D Review
I took a lot of time to find what I considered the perfect TV monitor. My needs were quite specific; I needed a new PC monitor that was gaming capable that also had great colour representation. In addition a digital TV tuner (freeview HD would have been ideal, but I had to compromise somewhere) was a necessity. Finally it needed to comfortably play PS3. I was very close...

1.0 out of 5 stars Very pleased with this LG MD2780D
Tried a couple of LG products in the past (monitor and bluray/freeview box), but was never that keen on them, so was sceptical about this. I also hate buying monitors/teles in any case, because I am fussy about things like backlight bleed, clouding and dead pixels, etc.

I have been wanting to play with 3D for a while now, but did not like the idea of the active...
