Great Notebook/Laptop (please note there is NO Bluetooth as stated in the description). The Packard Bell NX.BWTEK.004 EasyNote TS is in fact the TS44-HR-185UK. I was after the i3-2350 processor as its a better/newer processor than the i3-350 etc you get. I also got mine of Amazon Warehouse for a grand price of £290.00. It came in perfect condition. NOT a mark/scratch the rubber feet were not even scuffed. The screen etc had clear plastic protective wrapping on it and when turned on windows 7 started up with a "This is windows 7 first start-up" screen. So from my experience I would recommend trying there first. All in all great laptop and Amazon warehouse.....................
